Actor Andrew Rannells has put his Chelsea triplex up for sale, priced at $2.395 million. The 'Girls' star is selling the three-room apartment due to spending more time in Los Angeles with his boyfriend and his boyfriend's children.
Rannells purchased the co-op in 2018 for $2.1 million. The triplex features an open-concept kitchen and living room, along with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom boasts a walk-in closet, a private terrace, and a luxurious bathroom adorned with wall-to-wall skylights. Monthly maintenance for the co-op is $3,143.
Rannells' decision to sell his Chelsea triplex reflects his increased presence in Los Angeles. The co-op, with its spacious layout and high-end features, is now available for $2.395 million.
