Art Exhibition Titled "Playrooms" Happening in Kallmünz - Cultural Showcase in Kallmünz
Experience the grand cycle of life through the lens of renowned artist Rudolf Koller at KunstraumAtelierWigg, a unique exhibition space nestled within the historic walls of the former Bertholzhofen Castle.
Located at Vilsgasse 24, 93183 Kallmunz, this contemporary art space has been a cultural hub since 2016. As part of the county's cultural event series with the theme "Spaces of Play", the exhibition will run from Sundays, September 21 to October 19, with hours on Saturdays and Sundays from 2 to 5 PM, and by appointment. Admission is free.
Koller's work draws inspiration from themes of transience, mortality, birth, and death in nature and among humans and animals. His figure drawings challenge traditional notions of beauty, suggesting that it is more than just imposed, persistent ideals. The exhibition showcases sculptures and drawings from various phases of Koller's work, presenting an essential visual language that encapsulates his interpretation of the grand cycle of life.
