Get ready for a creative extravaganza as the Atelier Days return to the picturesque region of Plön/Ostholstein in Schleswig-Holstein! This much-anticipated event will take place on the 31st of May and the 1st of June, from 11 am to 5 pm both days.

Artists from various disciplines will open their studios to the public, inviting you to explore their creative spaces and marvel at their unique works. Sabine Köhnke, a renowned mosaic artist, will be hosting a creative event at Atelier am Schönhsee, where visitors can design their very own stones.

Stefanie Krämer, a goldsmith from Eutin, will open her studio at Auestraße 3a on weekends, finding the exchange with her guests incredibly interesting. Other artists participating in this year's Atelier Days include Susann Kasten-Jerke, who has been a member of the Federal Association of Visual Artists Schleswig-Holstein (BBK) for five years and has participated in the event since its inception.

Susann's abstract paintings in various colours and formats can be found at Sukaart gallery in Ascheberg. Ceramic artist Stefani Rautenberg, with her work displayed at Hof Breitenstein, is another participant you won't want to miss. Other artists showcasing their work at Hof Breitenstein include button artist Annette Dostall, upholsterer Carsten Blunk, Bettina Beggerow (special soaps), and Sven Rixen (woodwork).

Renate Lübcke, a freelance artist, will be showcasing her work at Lojaer Berg 34, where she processes old books into intricate sculptures. Barbara Wolf, who moved from the Ruhr area to Plön seven years ago, will open her studio and garden to guests, focusing on abstract image creation with powerful colour in watercolour.

To help you navigate this artistic adventure, a brochure for individual route planning is available at tourist information centres and online. Participants in the event can be identified by a red chair placed in entrance areas.
