New Tenants Sought for Kissinger Hütte in Bad Kissingen

The Rhoenklub ZV Bad Kissingen e.V. is on the hunt for new tenants for the Kissinger Hütte, a popular mountain refuge in the picturesque town of Bad Kissingen, Germany. The current tenants are expected to vacate the premises soon, and the cleanup and demolition work are nearing completion.

The new tenants must have gastronomic experience and a valid membership status with the German Alpine Club (DAV) or affiliated organisations. They are also required to adhere to the house and community rules set by the hut management.

The Rhoenklub expects a long-term lease from the new tenants and seeks to maintain the traditional character of the hut. The new building, set to be completed by spring 2026, will offer accommodation for over 59 guests and space for 80 in total.

Manfred Egert, a board member, mentioned that the previous tenants have reoriented themselves professionally, and the new tenants could start as early as June, with a specific date yet to be confirmed beyond June. The exact timeframe for a month or two later was provided by Mr. Egert.

Applications for the new tenants can be sent to the email address [email protected] until August 31, 2025. For inquiries about the new tenants, please contact Manfred Egert at 0172 - 1709 282.

The Kissinger Hütte's homepage states the new building's completion date as spring 2026. The Rhoenklub expects reliable opening hours from the new tenants and regional pricing.

It is worth noting that the application process and requirements can vary yearly, so it is recommended to check directly with the Kissinger Hütte’s official website or contact their management for precise tenant requirements and the current application deadline.

The Kissinger Hütte has been a beloved destination for hikers and mountaineers for many years, and the Rhoenklub is eager to find suitable new tenants to continue this tradition.

New tenants with outdoor-living experience and a passion for home-and-garden aesthetics are sought for the Kissinger Hütte, as the landscape surrounding the premises offers a unique outdoor-living opportunity. The new occupants are expected to maintain and enhance the lifestyle appeal of the mountain refuge, catering to the hikers and mountaineers who visit to enjoy the picturesque setting.
