Expansion of Shabanah: Officials approve construction of a new residential area

In an exciting development for the city of Minsk, plans have been announced for a comprehensive urban renewal project that promises to transform various parts of the city.

At the heart of the project are two multifunctional commercial complexes, set to rise at strategic locations. One will be situated at the intersection of pr. Partyzanskiy and ul. Selyatskogo, while the other will be built on the avenue itself. These new structures are expected to bring a fresh dynamic to the city's skyline.

The project also includes the construction of parking lots and garages, aiming to address the growing demand for convenient parking solutions in the city.

In a significant move, three key enterprises - "Stroitelʹno-Montazhnyi Trust No8", "Minskautodor-Center", and "Minsktrans" - will be relocated to make way for the new developments. Their current sites will be redeveloped, with high-density residential complexes planned to take their place.

One of the most anticipated additions to the cityscape is the Wohnanlage, a residential complex that will be constructed by the project developer in Zuge des Stadtentwicklungsprojekts near the Trostenets Memorial Center. This development is expected to contribute significantly to the city's housing capacity.

Notably, all new structures will be built on previously undeveloped land or sites vacated by other buildings, ensuring a sustainable approach to urban growth.

This ambitious project is set to reshape Minsk's urban landscape, offering a blend of commercial, residential, and parking solutions, all while respecting the city's history and environment. As the project progresses, Minsk residents and visitors can look forward to a city that is modern, vibrant, and well-equipped to meet the needs of the future.
