The Paderborn Natural History Museum is set to captivate the imagination of children and young people aged 6 to 16 this summer, with a series of engaging and educational activities commencing from the 15th of July.

Kicking off the programme is an exciting discovery tour titled "Exploring the Meadow," which invites young explorers aged 6 to 10 to embark on a journey through the meadow world, equipped with magnifying glasses. This hands-on offer takes place on the 15th of July, from 10 am to 12:30 pm, and requires registration.

Following this, a playful animal discovery session is scheduled for the 23rd of July, also for children aged 6 to 10, from 10 am to 12:30 pm. The programme then continues with a creative workshop on the rights of nature for children aged 12 to 16 on the 29th of July, from 10 am to 1 pm.

The festivities continue into August, with a family-friendly guided tour through the permanent exhibition taking place on the 21st of August at 3 pm. This event, without registration and costing 5 euros per family, offers a unique opportunity to explore the museum together.

Throughout the programme, the focus remains on play, movement, and creativity, ensuring an enjoyable and educational experience for all. The activities, which also include a collage and drawing workshop for children aged 10 to 14 on the 7th of August, and a perspective workshop on water and rivers for children aged 10 to 14 on the 5th of August, promise a variety of engaging activities.
