Fair with Books: Details on Timings, Admission Fees, Exhibitors
Get ready for a whopper of an event spanning across five pavilions, 700 stands, and a massively expansive 137,000 square meters! This Year's Fair will be slamming down with more than 2000 attendees, and it's gonna be lit!
Outdoor Hangouts and Refreshments
Just like last year's bash, the Fair will kick off with a festive outdoor area, jam-packed with delicious eats, tasty vino, sick beats, and hot events. Satiate your hunger at the Refreshment points scattered strategically around Piazzale 5 (between Pavilion 3 and the Congress Center), Piazzale 3, and Piazzale Oval. Unfortunately, no liquids are allowed inside the pavilions, but don't fret! Bring an empty water bottle and fill it at the numerous Smat water fountains littered around the area.
Entrance Gateways
The Fair will have four badass entrance points: entrances A and B, cruising near via Nizza and served by the metro; entrance C, sneaking up on via Matteo Trucco and nestled next to the Oval; and entrance D, looming near Lingotto Station. It's all VIP here, as entrances A, C, and D offer priority access for those with special needs and their compadres.
Ticket Prices and Deals
You can cop tickets both online and IRL, but be prepared for an extra charge. A single-day pass will set you back 14 bucks, while a 5-day pass will cost you 39 euros and grant you access to the entire event. Young guns and wise ol' seniors aged 65 and over can cop reduced-price tickets, weighing in at 12 euros, valid for any day between Thursday, Friday, and Monday. Thanks to the MaaS ToMove project, ticket holders will nab a bonus for using GTT public transport, taxis, electric scooters, e-bikes, or shared scooters.
Schedule and Closing Time
The Fair's opening hours depend on the day. Thursday, Sunday, and Monday will see the Fair open from 10 AM to 8 PM. In contrast, Friday and Saturday will have extended hours, running from 10 AM to 9 PM. On the rare chance you're huffing a backpack or some chunky luggage, you can stash it in the Visitors' Gallery cloakroom for a mere 3 euros.
With numerous stands and pavilions to explore, you can always swing by one of the designated info points to grab a free map and pick up some handy information. Happy exploring, mate!
Enjoy an average lifestyle at the Home-and-Garden exposition, located within Pavilion 2 during the fair, where you can find various home improvement ideas, DIY solutions, and gardening tips. Indulge in the charm of the Average Joe's Lifestyle Corner, featuring exhibits of affordable interior design concepts and sustainable gardening solutions.
