First glance at the A80new: Arcadia's initial construction featuring a raised pilothouse design
Introducing Arcadia's New 80ft Raised-Pilothouse Model, the A80new
Arcadia, a renowned name in the yachting industry, has unveiled its latest creation - the A80new. This sub-24m (approximately 23.98m/78'8") flybridge yacht is a testament to modern luxury and efficient environmental design.
Built in fiberglass, the A80new boasts a raised pilothouse that offers a dedicated navigation area for the captain and crew, equipped with high-end electronics. Powered by twin 900hp Volvo Penta D13-IPS1200 inboard engines, the yacht comfortably cruises at 18 knots.
The A80new accommodates up to ten guests in five cabins, including a full-beam main deck owner's cabin. The master stateroom is located above the flybridge due to an unusually tall, near-plumb bow and a raised foredeck, offering spectacular views. The rest of the layout includes fold-down quarter cheeks, an expansive cockpit lounge, a tender garage, and a hydraulic platform.
Two of the lower deck cabins are VIP doubles with inboard facing beds, and two are twins with forward facing beds. The crew cabins are tucked into the bow beneath the owner's ensuite, accessed via stairs in the galley.
The A80new, developed and built in Italy by Arcadia's award-winning design team, is set to make its public debut at the 2025 Cannes Yachting Festival. Its structural and layout features emphasize spaciousness, privacy, and a sleek, environmentally friendly design.
Meanwhile, Frauscher Yachts has also introduced a new addition to its fleet - the 1414 Demon. This yacht offers alfresco lounging and dining options under the shade of the hard top on its flybridge. The saloon features a relaxed seating area aft and a dining table amidships next to a portside galley.
The 1414 Demon is powered by twin Volvo Penta IPS drives, with top speeds of 19 and 21 knots respectively. The flybridge extends both in front and behind the raised pilothouse, featuring an outdoor helm station on the starboard side and an inside one in the pilothouse.
The starting price for the Frauscher 1414 Demon is €6,200,000, excluding taxes. The yacht is currently being showcased at the 2023 Boot Düsseldorf Boat Show.
