Giessen Autumn Fair 2025 Kicks Off September 27th
The Giessen Autumn Fair 2025 is set to kick off on September 27th, with Mayor Frank-Tilo Becher leading the official opening at 1:45 PM. The fair will run until October 5th, offering a variety of attractions and special events.
On opening day, visitors can enjoy free rides from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM. Throughout the fair, hours are 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Sunday to Wednesday, and extended to 11:00 PM Thursday to Saturday. The fairgrounds are at the Ringallee, featuring attractions like 'RoboTix', 'Music Express', ghost train, 'Frisbee', and children's rides like 'The Crazy Construction Site' and '1001 Nights'.
Volunteers can look forward to Volunteer Day on September 30th, with free rides and snacks for them and a companion. Family Day on October 2nd offers 50% off rides, 20% off walk-through attractions, and discounts on selected stand articles. On Family Day, children can also participate in pumpkin carving with Clown Ichmael from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Additionally, a Giant Wheel mini-picnic is held simultaneously with the opening, requiring free registration via the giesse_entdecken Instagram channel.
