Minsk Invites Residents to Public Discussion on City's New General Plan

The city of Minsk is inviting residents to participate in a public discussion of its new general plan, which will be available both online and offline from August 13 to 27.

The offline exhibition of the new general plan is located in the lobby of the second floor of the Moscow District Administration at Dzerzhinsky Prospekt, 10, Minsk, 220036. For those who prefer to view the plan digitally, it will be available on the websites of the city's district administrations and Minsk City Executive Committee. The project can also be viewed offline at the exhibition.

The new general plan contains information about housing, transport infrastructure, environmental protection, and other aspects of Minsk's development. Comments and suggestions on the city's general plan can be sent to the administration of the Moscow District of Minsk.

The exhibition features tablets and textual materials for viewing the new general plan. The working hours for the exhibition are as follows: Monday to Thursday from 08:45 to 18:00, with a lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00; and Friday from 08:45 to 16:45, with a break from 13:00 to 14:00.

For those who wish to participate in the public discussion online, common practice suggests checking official city government websites or local urban planning authorities. These platforms often provide online access to documents or interactive portals where citizens can review plans, submit feedback or comments, and find channels to do so, such as email or dedicated online forms.

If you require assistance in accessing Minsk's official portals or contacts, feel free to ask. The deadline for submitting comments or suggestions on Minsk's general plan is August 27. The contact details for the Moscow District Administration are tel. 360-81-20 and email [email protected]. The submissions should be sent to the Moscow District Administration at Dzerzhinsky Prospekt, 10, Minsk, 220036.

The new general plan, when approved, will replace the current plan signed in 2016, which is valid until 2030. The public discussion will take place from August 13 to 27.

By checking the city's district administrations websites or the Minsk City Executive Committee, you can find the new general plan that presents details about the lifestyle, home-and-garden, housing, and other aspects of Minsk's development. To provide your inputs on Minsk's development plan, you can submit comments or suggestions through email or online forms by August 27.
