Working Conditions
The working hours for the Kitchen Assistant position are flexible between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. The Kitchen Assistant is expected to work independently, organized, and efficiently. They may also be required to cover holidays and sick leave as needed, and the working hours can be flexibly agreed upon.
The Kitchen Assistant may receive a job ticket subsidy, 32 days of vacation plus two bank holidays for a 5-day week, and is eligible for a company pension scheme. The pay for the Kitchen Assistant is competitive according to the public service wage agreement.
Lastly, it's worth noting that kitchen environments can be fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring prolonged standing and lifting. The Kitchen Assistant should be physically fit to perform the job's requirements.
