Kemeri Historical Park, located in the heart of Latvia, offers a breathtaking spectacle for visitors from July to August. As the roses begin to bloom, the park transforms into a vibrant garden of white, pink, and orange hues.

Covering an area of 1800 square metres, the park is home to more than 2550 roses, including the varieties 'Alabaster', 'White Meidiland', 'Artemis', 'Schneewittchen', 'Credit Mutuel', 'Rugelda', 'Caramella', 'Westerland', and 'Reine Sammut'. The rose avenue, a picturesque path lined with these colourful blooms, is a sight to behold.

The parterre area of the park, known for its harmony and magic of white shades, features the varieties 'Alabaster', 'White Meidiland', 'Artemis', and 'Schneewittchen'. The harmonious blend of roses with the perennial beds in the rest of the park territory creates a visually stunning landscape.

Among the blooming flowers, the hydrangea 'Grandiflora' starts to bloom in August, adding another layer of beauty to the park.

Visitors can also explore the 42-metre high water tower in Kemeri. Although no new area or part of Kemeri Historical Park is mentioned in relation to the water tower, it is open to the public from May to the end of October, every day from 10 am to 6 pm. Reservations for the highest observation deck in the water tower can be made through visitjurmala.lv or by contacting the Jūrmala Tourism Information Centre at 67147900.

Please note that visiting the highest observation deck in the water tower is free of charge. However, it's advisable to check with local resources or park administration for precise details regarding the observation tower's opening hours, as they may differ from the park's general opening times.
