The London Design Festival (LDF) is back for its 23rd edition, serving as a vibrant showcase of the city's design scene and a valid indicator of where design is heading in London.

This year, the festival features a diverse lineup of events, installations, and collaborations, with some familiar faces and newcomers making their mark.

Rosa Bertoli, an editor at the website, oversees design content and special editorial projects. She will be a speaker and moderator for various design talks and conferences during the festival.

Ali Morris, a UK-based editor, writer, and creative consultant specialising in design, interiors, and architecture, has travelled the world for 16 years, crafting articles about creative projects, products, places, and people. Morris will be attending the LDF for the first time, bringing his wealth of experience to the table.

Olly Mason, the Head of Interiors at the same website, will also be in attendance. Mason has attended design weeks around the world and is excited about the prospect of exploring what London has to offer. Copenhagen's 3 Days of Design is a regular highlight for Mason during her travels.

One of the highlights of the LDF is the Material Matters fair, an innovation-led event that showcases cutting-edge design and technology. The founder of Material Matters is yet to be identified, but an interview with them will be available in the coming days.

Collaboration and innovation are driving forces of the city's design community during the LDF. Alex Tieghi-Walker, a newcomer at the festival, will make his LDF debut with an exciting new project. Tieghi-Walker's work will join the likes of the London Design Medal quartet, a key part of the festival that recognises outstanding contributions to the design industry.

Highlights for what to see at the LDF have been pinned on a map, making it easy for visitors to plan their route and ensure they don't miss out on any of the exciting events and installations.

Whether you're a design enthusiast or simply looking for inspiration, the London Design Festival 2025 promises to be an unmissable event. So, mark your calendars and get ready to immerse yourself in the world of design!
