Mass Gathering Planned in Bochum on August 14: 'A Multigenerational March'

Join the community of Bochum, Germany, on August 14th for the action day "Young and Old – On the Road Together with the Bike". This event, hosted by the Police Presidency Bochum and the Traffic Safety Association Bochum, aims to promote intergenerational cycling and community engagement.

The event will take place at the parking lot of the Therme Am Ruhrpark / Kohlleppelsweg 45. Registration is not required, and participation is free for all interested parties.

Visitors can look forward to a variety of activities designed to encourage families and individuals to cycle together. Group bike rides, workshops on cycling and road safety, and activities for children and seniors are just a few examples of what you can expect.

Police recruitment will also be present to answer questions, and expert teams from Traffic Accident Prevention, Victim Protection, Criminal Prevention, and the Traffic Safety Association will be on hand.

To participate in the bike course, visitors will need to bring their own personal bike or pedelec and a helmet.
