My Nintendo, the free rewards programme from Nintendo, has announced an array of exciting sweepstakes and rewards for its members in 2025. From virtual backgrounds for popular games to themed merchandise, there's something for every Nintendo enthusiast.
For those with a Nintendo Switch Online membership, the 2025 Calendar can be redeemed for 400 Platinum Points. Additionally, Super Mario Party: Jamboree - Party Coasters (a set of 8) can be obtained for 450 Platinum Points, and a Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door character notepad can be yours for 550 Platinum Points.
My Nintendo is celebrating game launches with rewards and activities, offering various printable rewards that are expiring on December 31st. The celebrations include virtual backgrounds for games like Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, Mario & Luigi: Brothership, and Super Mario Party, which were available for members to redeem.
Two ongoing sweepstakes are the My Nintendo Animal CrossingTM Cozy Winter sweepstakes and the My Nintendo x Donkey Kong Sweepstakes. The Animal Crossing: New Horizons Summer Journey Sweepstakes runs from July 29 to September 3, 2025, with three winners drawn around September 9, 2025, and notified by September 16. Prizes are yet to be detailed, but entry requires redeeming 10 Platinum Points per entry.
The My Nintendo x Donkey Kong Sweepstakes, running from July 16 to October 1, 2025, offers three lucky winners a prize pack each consisting of a Donkey Kong Rematch Wireless Controller for Nintendo Switch, a Donkey Kong Bananas Hawaiian Men’s Shirt, a Donkey Kong & Diddy Kong Pin Set, and a Donkey Kong Beach Towel. The total approximate retail value (ARV) per prize pack is $464.91 USD.
Unfortunately, the sweepstakes for the Switch 2 console plus skin ended on August 3, 2025, and is no longer active.
In addition to the sweepstakes, My Nintendo offers a variety of rewards that can be redeemed for Platinum Points. These include items like the Super MarioTM Villains Holiday Ornament, Mario & Luigi: Brothership Magnets, and the Classic Games Postcard Set. The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom - Wanted Poster Tote Bag, Nintendo World Championships: NESTM Edition - Trucker Hat, and Luigi's MansionTM 2 HD Double Keychain are also available for redemption.
Lastly, the My Nintendo Super Mario PartyTM Jamboree Family Party Sweepstakes is currently happening. Members can visit the official My Nintendo website regularly to stay updated on the latest sweepstakes and rewards.
