Krefeld is gearing up for an exciting carnival season, with the official proclamation of its new youth's guide and children's royalty taking place on November 29th at the parish hall of Herz Jesu, Kneinstraße 64.
Alexander Scheuß, who has been chosen as the Krefeld youth's guide (Jugendprinz) for the 2025/26 season, will represent and lead the youth's participation in the carnival festivities. In this role, he will act as a figurehead and ambassador for the younger generation during the celebrations, continuing the tradition of actively involving youth in the cultural and festive events of the carnival.
Joining Alexander Scheuß as the Krefeld youth's guide will be Maxime I. Plisz, who has been chosen as the Krefeld children's princess. Maxime's "jecke career" as the children's princess is set to begin alongside Alexander's "jecke career" as the children's prince.
