Introducing: Wheelchair-Accessible Senior Gymnastics Group

Are you looking for a fun and gentle exercise routine that promotes mobility, laughter, and a positive atmosphere? Look no further! The senior gymnastics group, located at the Community Center, 54 Main Street, is now accepting new members.

This unique group, under the guidance of experienced trainer Alois, offers a one-hour session designed to improve balance, flexibility, and strength. The exercises are specifically tailored to be gentle on all joints and are safe for individuals with joint issues or mobility limitations.

The group is wheelchair-accessible and barrier-free, making it an ideal choice for those who use rollators, wheelchairs, or prefer to sit on a chair. The group provides equipment suitable for wheelchair users and those using rollators, ensuring everyone can participate comfortably.

Newcomers are warmly welcomed, regardless of experience level. In fact, the first session is offered for free with no obligations. Alois, who has been teaching for over 20 years, is known for making exercise more fun, promoting a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere during the sessions.

If you're interested in joining, simply contact us at Phone 0160 95676582 or 0209 63509. We encourage you to bring a friend along for the first session at no additional cost.

The sessions are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30 AM. The group welcomes participants of all ages, from young adults to seniors.

While our search didn't reveal specific free trial sessions for wheelchair-accessible and barrier-free chair gymnastics for seniors guided by trainer Alois, we recommend contacting local senior centers, adaptive sports organizations, or the specific facility/trainer directly for more detailed information.
