Get ready to step back in time as the Stadtmuseum am Markt in Wiesbaden, Germany, presents the final days of its extraordinary exhibition, "LIMES - World Empire. World Heritage. Wiesbaden." The exhibition, which showcases Roman history and includes rare finds, exciting history, and a diverse accompanying program, will come to a close on August 10.

On this special day, the City Museum Wiesbaden will transform into a forum, offering champagne and Roman snacks from 4 to 5 pm. Visitors can also join a final tour through the exhibition, led by Dr. Daniel Burger-Völlemecke, the exhibition's curator, at 3 pm.

For families, the day promises a fun-filled experience. After the tour, children can craft a Roman mill game. The open family workshop will be held between 2 and 4 pm.

The finale of the exhibition is yet to be announced, but one thing is for certain - it will be a perfect opportunity to say goodbye to this captivating journey through Roman history.

Located at sam - City Museum am Markt, the exhibition has been presented as part of the museum's celebration of the 20th anniversary of the UNESCO jubilee of the Limes.

In addition to the exhibition, a lecture titled "Good Neighbourhood! Life in a Castellum Vicanum on the Upper Germanic-Raetian Limes" will be given by Simon Sulk from the Roman Museum Weißenburg on June 17 at 6 pm.

To round off the day, admission to the exhibition on August 10 is free, making it the perfect chance for those who haven't yet visited to explore the collection.
