Moscow is gearing up for a double dose of festive celebrations this spring, with the city's metro stations, Moscow Central Ring, and other landmarks decorated for both Easter and the annual "Paschal Gift" festival.

For Easter, two central metro stations and the Northern River Station will be adorned with special installations. One such installation, near exit No.1 of the "Park Kultury" station on the Sokolnicheskaya line, features an Easter symbol decorated with 8,000 decorative flowers. Another installation will soon appear near exit No.1 of "Krasnopresnenskaya".

However, these Easter installations are not planned to be moved or replaced for the "Paschal Gift" festival in 2024. Instead, the festival is expected to occur at locations different from those currently decorated for Easter. The area in front of the Northern River Station building is not mentioned to be decorated for the "Paschal Gift" festival in 2024.

The "Paschal Gift" festival in 2024 will take place from April 6 to a date beyond May 6, unlike the current Easter installations, which can be photographed until May 6. The festival will feature religious events around Easter Sunday, including a Paschal procession starting at midnight, Paschal Matins, Easter basket blessings, an Easter Egg Hunt, and cultural performances such as ballet and live music arranged by local ensembles. These festive activities are designed to welcome participants with attractions for children and adults alike.

Art objects and photo zones are installed for special occasions, and it's likely that the "Paschal Gift" festival in 2024 will also feature these elements. However, specific details about installations for the festival have not been released yet.

It's worth noting that Moscow's transport infrastructure is decorated for holidays, and the tradition continues this year with the Easter and "Paschal Gift" celebrations. The traditional "Paschal Gift" festival will take place on May 5, 2024, at more than 60 locations in Moscow. The "Paschal Gift" festival in 2024 is expected to occur at locations different from those currently decorated for Easter.

In conclusion, Moscow is preparing for a vibrant and cultural celebration of Easter and the "Paschal Gift" festival. While some Easter installations are already in place, the city is getting ready for more festivities in the coming weeks, inviting residents and visitors to join in the celebrations.
