Truck Mobile Unveils Ex-Guard MAX: Advanced Front-End Protection for Class 6-8 Trucks

Truck Mobile introduces Ex-Guard MAX, a robust front-end protection system designed for Class 6-8 trucks. This advanced system is compatible with most major over-the-road trucks and is available through 2,500 dealers across the U.S. and Canada.

Ex-Guard MAX is independently tested to meet UN ECE R93 standards for underrun mitigation, ensuring top-notch safety performance. It features a front underrun mitigation system to prevent vehicles from sliding beneath the truck in certain collisions. The system introduces reinforced guard technology, enhanced steer tire protection, and improved safety features.

The guard is made of 8-gauge high-tensile steel, coated with a 3mm EVRCoat PVC finish, and features LEVRLock dual latches. It is compatible with ClearZone CMS and includes an XERO-G lift assist for easy raising and lowering. Ex-Guard MAX also includes a Vehicle Illumination Safety Reinforcement (VISR) bar to protect collision mitigation system radars, fog lamps, and steer tires.

Ex-Guard MAX provides extreme-duty front-end protection, reducing damage from collisions and yard incidents. It is compatible with most major over-the-road trucks and is available through a wide network of dealers.
