Formazione, a school formed through an alliance between Gruppo Multiversity and Gruppo 24 Ore, is set to launch a new part-time Sustainability Management course on March 8, 2024. This professional training program is designed to equip participants with the skills necessary to address key sustainability challenges businesses face.

The course consists of 122 teaching hours, divided into seven modules, and will cover a range of topics. It will focus on the environmental factor and themes related to the energy transition, as well as the transition to net zero and international climate agreements. The course will also delve into regulatory profiles and international standards in the field of ESG, both at national and European levels.

Practical lessons, workshops, and thematic laboratories will be held to provide a hands-on learning experience. One module will be dedicated to scouting public and private funding sources for green investments. The course will also prepare students for the Sustainability Manager and Practitioner certification exam.

In addition to this course, Formazione is offering other educational offerings such as the third edition of the Master's "Practical Guide to Preparing the Sustainability Report" and the seminar "Sustainability in Business". Notable partnerships have been activated with Asvis and Sustainability makers.

Particular attention will be paid to the introductory part, clarifying basic concepts such as sustainability, CSR, ESG criteria, and circular economy principles. A scholarship will be awarded to a deserving participant, who will also act as a classroom tutor and pay less than half the cost of the master. The scholarship application deadline is March 4, 2024.

Partner Intertek recognizes 40 training credits for this purpose. The course is structured to extend beyond environmental attention to include structured social policies and governance, aligning with the approach of similar courses in this field.

For those interested in the course content, registration details, or certification preparation modules, these are typically provided by the organizing body (Formazione) directly on their official website or promotional materials, which are not included in the search results available here.

In summary, this new part-time course is designed as continuing education aimed at professionals seeking to enhance their capabilities in managing sustainability challenges in business and to prepare for recognized sustainability certifications.
