World Children's Day: 'I'm Brave Tomorrow' Enchants Young Minds at City Bookstore
Following World Children's Day, a captivating event unfolded at the City Bookstore on Friday, September 26th. Storytime Fairy Maria Krücken hosted the affair, presenting 'I'm Brave Tomorrow', a heartwarming picture book by Munich-based author Sabine Bohlmann and illustrator Emilia Dziubak.
Bohlmann, a prolific children's book author since 2004, has penned over 40 books, including tales featuring beloved characters like the little dormouse. Her latest work tells the story of a bird family with five siblings, centering on the youngest one who discovers courage. The event was graced by Michael Dries from the Dormagen Children's Protection Association and nine eager young listeners from the evangelical Kita Arche Noah nursery in Zons.
Krücken, the event's host, expressed her gratitude to the City Bookstore, the Children's Protection Association, and the city administration for their support in making the event a success.
The presentation of 'I'm Brave Tomorrow' at the City Bookstore event served as a delightful follow-up to World Children's Day, inspiring young minds with its courageous tale. The book, penned by Sabine Bohlmann and illustrated by Emilia Dziubak, was warmly received by the attending children and their guardians.
